Yue (Roger) Song is a Calgary lawyer with extensive international experience in commercial and oil and gas transactions, corporate matters and legal issues involving clients in Canada and China.
Since January 1, 2019, Roger has carried on the practice of J. Allen Howard following Mr. Howard’s retirement after 48 years of legal practice. The office continues that tradition of personal, community-based service while bringing a distinct cross-border perspective.
